• How to measure neck size?

Loop a measuring tape around the middle of your dog's neck making sure it is a bit TIGHT, fitted with no room and not easy to turn.

*If you do not have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and then measure the string with a rigid ruler. All sizes in cm.

• How long it will take for delivery?

  UK 2 - 5 days(clothing)

7 - 14 days(leather products/ shipping from South Korea)

International - depends on destination. Around 7 - 21 days

• I found little marks on my leather, is this normal?

Yes, small scratches and wrinkles are to be expected. Please keep in mind that this is a natural product.

• Will my collar stretch ?

After time leather will naturally soften and may stretch slightly but this will not impact on the functionality of the item.

• Are your products waterproof?

No. We finish off our leather products with a protecting leather balm which provides some temporary water resistance. However, in time, this function will fade and we recommend you condition the leather every 3-6 months using a natural leather wax. This will help to keep the leather soft and protect it from natural daily wear and tear.

The collar will retain some water. If so, simply reshape the collar and allow to air dry.

• What are your products made from?

We use natural Italian cow leather from a supplier who guarantee certification of traceability of origin.
